SnapAV has acquired video surveillance outfit, Visualint. The acquisition comes a year after SnapAV acquired outdoor AV company, SunBriteTV.
SnapAV said in a statement that Visualint’s impressive intelligent video surveillance products and services will enhance their robust line of Luma analog and IP surveillance equipment.
“Visualint is a powerful addition to our existing surveillance offering,” said Alex Patrao, Director of Surveillance Products. “In the short term, this partnership will put intelligent video-based analytics and professionally-monitored video surveillance products into the hands of our dealers. Longer term, it will accelerate development in our highly regarded Luma product line.”
State of the art intelligent video analytics enable Visualint cameras to understand their environment, track objects, and automatically adjust to any sudden changes or events, resulting in superior alerts and notifications.
