Bluesound updates PULSE FLEX speaker to make premium audio more accessible

Bluesound has redesigned its popular all-in-one speaker to simplify wireless music delivery across different rooms.

The hi-res multiroom streaming brand unveils PULSE FLEX in a new minimalist design, offering users premium finish options and flexible placement.

The rounded unit houses a custom-designed SmartDSP amplifier, which powers a 4-inch woofer and 0.75-inch tweeter to produce 50 watts of total system power.

Matt Simmonds, product manager at Bluesound, said: “With the new PULSE FLEX, we set out to make Bluesound’s acclaimed sound signature more accessible without compromising on detail and quality.

“We created a beautiful all-in-one speaker that can fit into spaces where people really live while still delivering the kind of clarity and depth our customers expect from Bluesound."

Available in Black Charcoal, White Pebble Grey and White Tan finishes, the PULSE FLEX blends into everyday spaces like kitchens, bedrooms and offices. Its purpose-built components support high-resolution and lossless formats, with full BluOS ecosystem compatibility.

It supports high-resolution audio up to 192kHz, alongside MQA decoding and DSD256 playback to meet high sonic standards. It can be flexibly configured as a standalone speaker, paired for stereo, or added as rear surrounds with the Bluesound POWERNODE, PULSE CINEMA or CINEMA MINI for immersive home theatre.

Morten Nielsen, associate product manager at Bluesound, added: “It’s Living HiFi without the high barrier, built for everyday music lovers who want to experience premium audio wherever they are in the home, with seamless control from their phone or tablet.”
