Control4’s smart home software now enables seamless integration with GUDE’s intelligent power distribution solutions with the introduction of new drivers.
With the free drivers, Control4 can be supplemented with the control and monitoring of Power Distribution Units (PDUs) from the German hardware manufacturer, GUDE. Devices connected to the Expert Power Control, such as audio, video, lighting or air conditioning systems, can now be monitored, controlled and configured through the Control4 interface.
With this new ability, homeowners can access a variety of functions, including the status query for all load outputs, individually programmable switching sequences, switching of load outputs, remote reboot of each load output, and setting of sensor values for effective environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity).
The new Control4 drivers are compatible with all current Expert Power Control PDUs.
