Trinnov Audio has announced an extended care plan for two of its Altitude processors, giving new and existing owners in the US and EU coverage beyond the standard five-year period.
The plan adds an optional five years of factory-backed maintenance and support “at modest cost” for the Altitude16 and 32 models.
This includes an Annual System Health Audit providing remote diagnostics to help keep systems performing at their best.
It also gives authorised Trinnov dealers priority access to the company’s global support team.
Trinnov co-founder and CEO Arnaud Laborie said: “With the announcement of our Extended Care Plan, we are very pleased to offer a unique programme that reflects Trinnov’s confidence in our products while offering our existing and future customers greater peace of mind and long-term technical certainty.
“At Trinnov, we are equally committed to innovation and sustainability, as evidenced by the historical performance and reliability of the Altitude16 and Altitude32.”
The plan is tied to the hardware and remains transferable if the unit is sold.
Trinnov says Altitude32 units purchased before April 2022 may require hardware component upgrades at the owner’s expense, in which case dealers should be contacted.
