ASUS, a company well known for laptop and computer technology, has announced a mug-shaped portable projector.
The ZenBeam Latte L1 projector was announced at the company’s ‘Be Ahead’ launch event at CES 2021 last week and has already won awards.
Introducing a new cylindrical mug-shaped design, the projector features enhanced sound transmission as well as a compact footprint. Sporting a fabric exterior, audio is improved with increased sound penetration, as well as giving the projector a comfortable and homey feel.
Designed for portable use, ZenBeam Latte L1 has a built-in battery which offers up to three hours of use on a single charge and a user-friendly remote control. Casting images with a 300 LED lumens light, it has a projection range 40 to 120-in, meaning it can be used in small rooms with limited space.
The projector supports Aptoide TV enabling users to stream their favourite apps on the expanded screen of a projector. Users can also use the wireless mirroring feature with ZenBeam Latte L1 to project content from their phone.
To accompany the image, the projector also comes with a Harmon Kardon 10W speaker which can be connected via Bluetooth. When not in use with the projector, the speaker can be used as a portable Bluetooth speaker that delivers up to 12 hours of audio.
Three audio modes are available to choose from when using with the projector: Movie, Music and Gaming.
