Ledvance launches Parathom smart lamps portfolio

Ledvance has launched its Parathom range of smart lamps, integrating smart home functions via Bluetooth.

The Ledvance Parathom range is designed for residential and garden areas and can be controlled optionally by voice command or app, with voice control via Alexa, Siri or Google Assistant, with control available with either ZigBee or Bluetooth technology.

Compatibility of Parathom ZigBee allows for integration of Parathom ZigBee’s smart lighting into existing or preferred independent and compatible smart home systems, with control via app or smart speakers such as Amazon Echo or Google Nest.

Compatible gateways include Philips Hue Bridge, Deutsche Telekom Qivicon, Schwaiger Gateway, Samsung SmartThings or Smart Home by hornbach, without the need for an external gateway if the device is controlled via Alexa with Amazon Echo Plus, Echo Show (Second generation) or Echo Studio.

The Parathom Bluetooth portfolio allows for set up without a gateway, providing control for lighting products via the Ledvance Smart+ app for Android and iOS, the Apple Home app or voice control via smart speakers such as Apple HomePod or Amazon Echo, with options to integrate into a Bluetooth mesh network with the Bluetooth five standard.
