LG introduces Zero Connect wireless technology to OLED M5 and QNED9M TVs

LG has introduced wireless technology to its OLED M5 and QNED9M TVs, aiming to eliminate clutter in entertainment setups.

The LG Zero Connect Box separates input devices like streaming platforms, gaming consoles and sound systems from the TV screen.

Built into the box are HDMI ports, USB connections and other essential options, ensuring input channels are accessible without interference or degradation in picture quality.

The LG OLED M5 features this wireless connectivity alongside ThinQ AI integration for users to sync with their smart devices.

Meanwhile, the LG QNED9M combines wireless capability with Quantum Dot NanoCell technology to deliver lifelike brightness, contrast and colours.

The wireless technology aims to simplify installation with “cleaner aesthetics and greater design freedom”, facilitating TV mounting anywhere to complement interior design.

LG says reducing tangled cords allows users to reclaim their living rooms, making the TV a home cinema centrepiece or even a minimalist feature in modern spaces.
