Nexus 21 has unveiled its Apex Motorised TV Wall Mount today, with the aim of challenging standard motorised products.
Re-engineered from the ground up, the Apex Motorised TV Wall Mount is a purpose-built system designed to solve issues that integrators face with other motorised wall mounts.
Mechanically designed with Smart Drive technology, the Apex can be moved manually without being damaged. Smart Drive renders Apex actively aware of its position, allowing it to recover from unexpected changes to its path and instantly release for safety when encountering resistance.
According to the company, Apex is also the first motorised TV wall mount to fit entirely inside the wall, with an ultra-thin installation profile of ¾-in.
A versatile wall box can be mounted either in-wall or on-wall for flexibility, and the three-step installation process allows a single technician to fit it.
Fine-tuning of the TV’s position is done through the three-point adjustments, quickly correcting its position in the event of an uneven installation.
The Apex mount is able to accommodate screens from 50-80-in with a maximum weight of 100lbs. It swivels up to 45 degrees depending on the width of the TV.
