Onkyo and Pioneer reveal which receivers work with Sonos

It’s now clear just which select Onkyo and Pioneer receivers have joined the much-revered 'Works with Sonos’ programme.

We were first teased about the news surrounding Onkyo and Pioneer receivers integrating with Sonos back in May, and now we finally have all the details.

To benefit from the integration, users have to own one of the receivers which made the shortlist (see full details below) and hook up the audio output to a Sonos Connect device. Naturally, this allows users to then play music and adjust volume through Sonos.

The necessary firmware update from Onkyo and Pioneer is available now on the following products:
