Why did you choose this product?
I use James Loudspeaker landscape audio products for discerning clients for several reasons. First and foremost, James landscape products sound wonderful—not all outdoor systems deliver truly superb audio performance. The build quality and durability of powder coated aircraft-grade aluminum is unlike any other products I know of in the channel. And James Loudspeaker is a brand that supports their integrators with excellent customer service. Added all together, this is the most compelling landscape audio product lineup I have seen (and heard).
What do you like about using it?
I find it very helpful that James products are available in a multitude of colors and can be custom finished. They offer multiple mounting options including ground stakes and surface mounts which can be used in trees or as wall mounts. The systems come in either 70-volt or 8-ohm versions—also a huge plus. And although James makes a premium product, they do address a wide range of price points for my clients.
What additional features would you like to see?
With complete sincerity I can say that James landscape audio products really work as a lineup— nothing jumps out that I would change or add. For all aspects of all jobs, this is a profitable and reliable solution engineered by a company that stands behind their goods.
In which applications are you using the product?
I use James landscape audio for applications such as pool areas, fire pits, outdoor living spaces such as gazebos and outdoor kitchen/dining areas. Because James landscape products are marine grade, I have confidence presenting these products to clients who have an expectation of quality and durability.
