The QiS two-way wireless control system for automated roller shades will be a focus at QMotion UK’s stand – offering quiet-running motorised blinds suitable for retrofit projects.
Installers can deploy a QMotion QiS system in single or multiple rooms within a property and receive feedback on automated shade positioning for improved performance, remote monitoring and maintenance.
Blinds can be grouped and automated to raise and lower to four selected, programmable positions. They feature automatic safety braking to ensure they never pass completely over the top of the roller when rising. QMotion’s patented manual-override command also allows homeowners to operate the blinds by hand, where required, without causing damage.
Using ZigBee HA 1.2, QMotion state QiS is easy to set up, configure and integrate with all compatible devices in a Control4 home automation system. Drivers are also available for integration with Crestron, Vantage, Savant, URC, RTI and others via a QMotion Qube integration device. At ISE, QMotion UK will additionally announce new partnerships with Bang & Olufsen, Barco, Loxone and Rako.
Qmotion UK will be exhibiting at stand 1-M15. This year’s event runs from 6 to 9 February, 2018 at the RAI, Amsterdam.
