ADI | Snap One invites customers to free In-Person Category Training 2025

ADI | Snap One has launched a new In-Person Category Training programme that combines both theory and practical hands-on training.

Following a popular run last year with more than 110 delegates across 14 sessions, the supplier has expanded its In-Person Category Training in 2025.

The free-to-attend programme, held at regional training centres across the UK and Ireland, provides training on key business areas.

ADI | Snap One said it’s committed to supporting customers as a CEDIA award-winning training provider.

The programme covers the following course: Networking Best Practices and Control4 Advancements & Lighting.

The Networking Best Practices course covers networking principles to explore how ADI | Snap One products can deploy reliable networks.

The course covers Networking Principles like identifying the impact of a robust networking topology, the application of common best practices, why Multigig technologies are important and when to use VLAN.

Other topics featured in the training include Router Review and Configuration; Managed Switch Introduction and VLANs; Working with inSSIDer and 3rd party WiFi tools; Applying WiFi best practice in OvrC and a Re-Introduction and Recap on Araknis Networking Technologies and Ranges.

Meanwhile, Control4 Advancements & Lighting is exclusively for Control4 Partners and focuses on what’s new: working with OvrC as a setup and troubleshooting tool on Control4 installations, evolving lighting solutions and networking best practice when installing Control4.

As ADI | Snap One is a CEDIA CEU Provider, the above two courses are both CEDIA-approved providing attendees with 2.50 points.

The in-person programme was developed after 400 sessions of short burst product training for customers in 2024, which highlighted the need for face-to-face training delivered in a single day.

Delivered by the supplier’s EMEA sales engineering and education teams, these category training sessions – which began in April 2025 – will take place in locations across Belfast, Enfield, Northampton, Nottingham, Poole, Reading and more.

An online space (snaponeevents.com/emea) has also been introduced to complement these in-person sessions.
