Savant has announced the launch of Wally, a series of in-wall touch screens for control of the home.
The manufacturer’s Wally range incorporates Savant’s Scenes technology for personalised control of climate, lighting and entertainment.
Each model has a high-resolution colour screens utilising technology from Savant’s award-winning Pro Remote. The touch screens also feature a presence sensor that are activated automatically when a person approaches.
The range can be installed with a traditional single gang enclosure and low voltage powered using Power over Ethernet (POE 802.3af).

The first product to be released from the range will be a single gang 5.5-in touch screen, with 2.9-in and 8-in models set to follow later in 2017.
Available in black or white models, Savant’s Wally touch screens will ship from June 2017 onwards.
