SnapAV has launched a new addition to its Pakedge WA Series, the WA-4200 4x4 Wave 2 Indoor Access Point.
Designed for large, high-density residential and commercial environments, the WA-4200 has been engineered with advanced 802.11ac Wave 2 beamforming technology, and delivers exceptional performance for 4K and high-definition streaming applications and many high-speed devices simultaneously.
Delivering a maximum data rate of 2600 Mbps, the WA-4200 features a 4x4 MU-MIMO antenna design. With two Gigabit LAN ports and Link Aggregation, the WA-4200 maximises throughput when using a standard managed Gigabit switch, improving wireless performance without needing to upgrade network switches.
Like other WA Series models, the WA-4200 supports complete cloud configuration for multi-AP deployments with BakPak, significantly reducing configuration and deployment time. In addition, dealers can use the BakPak desktop or mobile app to remotely manage and monitor their customers’ networks from anywhere in the world.
Flexible mounting in addition to a template and accessory kit makes the WA-4200 easy to install. It comes as an in-ceiling model and has the option for an in-ceiling mounting bracket for flush installs.
The Pakedge WA-4200 4x4 Wave 2 Access Point is shipping now worldwide to Control4, Pakedge, and Triad dealers. It is priced at £550 MSRP / €800 MSRP / $740 US MSRP and comes with a three-year warranty.
