Stewart Filmscreen reveals ISE innovation line up

Projection screen manufacturer, Stewart Filmscreen has announced its range of innovative projection screens and solutions on show at this year’s ISE.

Exhibiting in booth 1-F60, the company will be presenting its latest developments for the Balón UST (ultra-short throw) technology, MicroPerf technology and its Luxus screens.

Launching at ISE, the long-awaited, high ambient light rejecting Balón UST projection screen is one of the main features displayed on its stand this year.

Designed for small spaces requiring an ultra-short throw projector, the new screen concentrates on supplying great brightness and contrast, with a 1.78 aspect ratio and image diagonals up to 304.8cm.

The Balón UST screen gives owners the option to use a less expensive, lower lumen projector, without ambient light being an issue.

Using cutting-edge technology, Stewart Filmscreen’s MicroPerf process has received a completely new Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system.

Demonstrated at ISE, the company has modernised efficiencies and made improvements to the MicroPerf process through the implementation of state-of-the-art control systems.

Also on display at the show will be the newly redesigned Luxus below-ceiling screen system, a new innovation in retractable projection screens.

The stylish and elegant design allows the Luxus to fit into different interior décors, thanks to the many case finishes that can be uniquely customised to match individual tastes or décor.

A quiet motor and an easy to access screen assembly are just two appealing features to integrators and homeowners. It also has advanced roller tube technology minimising horizontal lines in the image area, a problem that often occurs in low-quality screens.

With image widths up to 4.04 metres, the retractable screen is ideal for use in multipurpose rooms and works well with a large range of the latest projectors.

A newly integrated Wi-Fi interface allows users to link the Luxus screen to Alexa and other home automation platforms.

Luxus is available in Phantom HALR, Firehawk G5, StudioTek 100 or any of Stewart’s 16K+ screen fabrics.
