ATC Loudspeaker Technology has introduced a limited-run active floorstander, aimed at high-end residential audio and cinema spaces.
The Statement EL50 Anniversary three-way active tower builds on the company’s long-running SCM50 architecture, with the new addition of a proprietary tri-amp.
The “Amp-Pack” delivers 200W, 100W and 50W to the bass, mid and high drivers respectively.
ATC says the revised electronics feature new discrete gain blocks and fourth-order active crossovers to lower noise and distortion, supported by individual toroidal transformers for each amplifier channel.
The fully active design with balanced input and trigger control simplifies system matching and power management in premium media rooms and two-channel installations.
Cabinet construction has also been updated with a stiffened enclosure, curved front baffle to reduce diffraction, and high-end finishes for design-led living spaces.
Built entirely with ATC’s in-house drive units, the EL50 Anniversary launches as a limited run of 50 pairs before moving into regular production.
