Bang & Olufsen refines wireless listening with new ear buds

Bang & Olufsen has added a new set of wireless earbuds to its Beoplay range.

The Beoplay Eleven generation evolves from the brand’s Beoplay EX, boasting enhanced noise cancellation, transparency and voice clarity.

With an IP57 rating, eight hours of battery life and replaceable batteries for sustainability, the earbuds are designed for modern living.

Their look is inspired by fine jewellery, featuring polished aluminium, a glass touch interface and pearl-blasted charging case.

Beoplay Eleven offers B&O’s most advanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), as well as natural Transparency mode and six upgraded microphones for clear calls.

The manufacturer has integrated additional holes for the external microphones, paired with a mesh padding to relieve wind pressure for open sound.

Noise is filtered out more effectively when the Wind Guard feature is activated in the B&O app, ensuring users can remain aware of their surroundings such as traffic or alarms.

The ANC function provides double the noise reduction at low frequencies and improved optimisation across different ear shapes and sizes.

Francesco Tonon, vice president of product management at B&O, said: “Beoplay EX revolutionised our wireless earphone category with its superior sound and cutting-edge design.

“With the new Beoplay Eleven, B&O has elevated its ambitions once again.

“The new Beoplay Eleven delivers even better sound quality thanks to transformative ANC and Transparency that embodies our innovation capabilities, and we cannot wait to bring them to our customers.”
