Focal, in collaboration with its sister brand Naim Audio, has launched a new all-in-one sound system for high-fidelity home entertainment.
The Mu-so Hekla adds to the Mu-so range, following Focal’s achievements with its Diva Utopia line.
Named after one of Iceland’s active volcanoes, the system delivers powerful Dolby Atmos audio in a clutter-free and immersive form factor.
Unlike conventional soundbars, it houses a complete 7.1.2-channel system in its single enclosure.
A total of 15 individually amplified speaker drivers deliver 660 watts of power across a 30–20kHz frequency range.
The system also features ADAPT room-calibration technology for tailored acoustic performance.
HDMI eARC and optical inputs provide options for home cinema connectivity, while the Focal and Naim app can be used to control the system along with smart watches and voice assistants.
Mu-so Hekla makes its global debut on Nov 6 at the Focal Powered by Naim store in Seoul, becoming available in South Korea and China before its worldwide rollout in Q1 of 2026.
