Sanus has introduced a premium mount to support the growing consumer preference for screens from 65 to 100-inches in size.
The VXF830 has been designed to securely accommodate extra-large screens weighing up to 79kg with proprietary FluidMotion movement including tilt, swivel and extension.
The latest in an expanding line from the mounting specialist, this debut comes with the UL safety certification and testing in excess of its rated load.
Dean Carroll, international sales director for consumer at Sanus, said: “There is a definite recent trend in consumer purchasing habits for extra-large screens, with several brands now adding screens up to 100-inches to their ranges.
“I expect we’ll see a spike in these sales in the run-up to the busy global sporting calendar that’s coming up in the summer of 2025.”
The mount supports setup just over 6.5cm from the wall to maintain the slim profile of the TV.
The VXF830 can be attached to a wide range of VESA profiles from 200 x 200 to 900 x 600, alongside models from Samsung, Sony and LG.
The user has fingertip control over screen tilt from +5 to -15 degrees thanks to VirtualAxis technology.
Steady Set functionality simplifies post installation level and centring adjustment, ensuring no drifting or movement after the mount’s position has been set.
The VXF830 also includes integrated cable management in the arms, removing the tangle of cables often found behind mounted screens.
Carroll said the mount provides an opportunity for retailers to push up the overall sales margin for customers purchasing extra-large screens.
