Habitech has agreed a partnership with home electronics company Amplification and Recording Cambridge (ARCAM) to distribute its hi-fi and home theatre lines in the UK.
Effective immediately, the agreement will broaden the range of multi-channel options on offer from Habitech. Products to be stocked include ARCAM’s FMJ range line of stereo and AV receivers, processors, players and power amplifiers, allowing integrators to bring UHD to almost any environment.
All FMJ control products can integrate with home automation systems from providers including Crestron and Control4 via drivers.
“The ARCAM brand perfectly complements our home theatre product line-up and widens the choice of design options available with a proven prowess in AV processing and amplification from one to twelve channels,” commented Timmi Thorsen, sales manager at Habitech.
ARCAM’s sales and marketing manager Richard Trotter added: “As our business continues its resurgence in the UK, it’s become clear that we do not have the resources to deal with demand from the custom install sector."
