CEDIA is encouraging all members to renew their annual membership by Friday 24 February, 2017 to continue to access its education programmes, literature, networking events and awards ceremony.
Matt Nimmons, CEDIA’s managing director, said: “2016 was a monumental year for CEDIA and its members. Alongside hosting our biggest CEDIA Awards yet, CEDIA has continued to grow its education offering across the UK and EMEA region and has launched new tools to help CEDIA members interact, learn and engage with the industry and fellow professionals.”
He added: “Last year, membership grew by a significant 11%, with 154 new members from a range of countries, including its first members from Angola, Qatar and Turkey. With a number of new initiatives lined up for this year, it has never been a better time to join CEDIA.”
New for the association in 2017 is the ‘I AM CEDIA’ series. The initiative allows CEDIA to strengthen its relationship with members and promote their work in the home technology. With the scheme, the association hopes to further tailor its membership to suit the needs of its members. The first three videos can be found on the CEDIA HQ YouTube channel.
