CEDIA is set to unveil new US data at its CEDIA Expo Town Hall, offering a potential benchmark for smart home professionals on both sides of the Atlantic.
The US Professional Smart Home Market Analysis 2026 will examine a range of issues impacting integration, including expectations for industry growth and the effect of AI on business operations.
It will also provide insight into technology adoption trends and areas of market growth.
Ryan Bardach, director of research at CEDIA, said: “This research provides an objective view of where the market stands today, and attendees of the Town Hall will be the first to learn how to use it to improve their business.”
While the research focuses on the US market, the findings may offer valuable context for EMEA integrators evaluating emerging opportunities.
Comparisons between the two regions could provide useful insight into how the professional market is evolving globally, particularly as AI becomes entwined with customer expectations and system design.
Grant Farnsworth, president of market research firm The Farnsworth Group, will present the findings at the CEDIA Town Hall on September 1 followed by an audience Q&A.
The session, sponsored by Sony, is free to CEDIA members and non-members attending the Expo.
