A digital media firm has launched a 3D virtual showroom for residential integrators.
US-based company Cogent360 introduces SmartShowroom360, an immersive sales tool that can be custom-branded for individual integrators.
The platform, officially launched at the Azione Spring Conference 2025 after a private beta trial, enables clients to visualise residential integration and encompasses over 25 spaces including home theatres and outdoor living areas.
Dave Chace, founder and president of Cogent360, said: “Many applications need to be seen for customers to truly appreciate their impact, smart lighting and automated shading for example.
“Meanwhile, over half of custom integrators don’t operate a physical showroom, and the rest must undertake costly updates to keep pace with emerging technologies.
“SmartShowroom360 is a powerful alternative—or complement—to traditional showrooms: it’s flexible, portable, customisable and always up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends.”

The platform, accessible through any Internet browser, runs on exclusive ‘Vizualize’ technology used by the likes of LG and Resideo.
It’s now available to small business owners via a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription model.
Subscribers can customise the experience with their own logo, brand colours, fonts, choice of product categories and more.
Multiple styles await, including suburban traditional, multifamily and elite luxury residences as a useful resource for sales and design conversations.
In each environment, customers can explore a range of product categories like motorised shades, networking, climate control and even wellness tech.
Chace added that selling is educating and, in this case, draws on scientifically-proven instructional design elements to close the sale.
