“Excellent security†is the rating awarded to Deutsche Telekom’s QIVICON Smart Home platform by the independent IT security test company AV-TEST GmbH. The platform provides secure communication and a high level of protection from unauthorized access, and thereby prevents manipulation by third parties, the testers found. QIVICON not only provides comprehensive protection from cybercriminals but is also extending its offering to provide protection from real live intruders. Together with heating control provider Junkers and building automation company provedo, security firm DOM is a new partner in the QIVICON Smart Home platform.
