Domotz has announced the appointment of Clark Roundy as Chief Executive Officer of Domotz inc, the Group’s subsidiary dedicated to network monitoring and remote tech support systems.
Roundy, a former VP of marketing at product management at Luxul Wireless, has been appointed to grow adoption of the Domotz network management platform in home control and automation markets, while also pursuing partnerships in the commercial, security and IoT space.
Current Group CEO and founder of Domotz, Domenico Crapanzano will assume the role of chairman and will continue to oversee the Group’s strategy across its businesses (including network scanning app Fing and Domotz Insurtech).
Crapanzano said: “Clark is a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record for evolving scale-ups into successful enterprises. This is the perfect time for him to take the reins at Domotz.”
He added: “Clark is unique in his ability to translate vision and strategy into execution, bringing together teams and ecosystems to drive results. These qualities make him ideal for leading our Domotz business into its next chapter, which I am confident will be even more impactful and exciting than our last.”
A 25-year technology industry veteran, Roundy has previously held executive positions at Linux Networx, Penguin Computing, Parvus Corporation, Alta Technology, and the Eyring Research Institute.

Domotz also announced that its US headquarters will be located in the Salt Lake City, Utah, with its European headquarters remaining in London.
