Luxul has created a free ‘Easy Setup App’ to assist integrators by speeding up installations and making sure key installation points are covered.
The new app, which is available to download now on Apple and Android devices, allows integrators to configure a Luxul wireless router and up to two wireless access points (APs) through the app on a phone or tablet in as little as 90 seconds.
The app is compatible with Luxul's XWR-1200 and Epic 3 (XWR-3150) wireless routers.
According to Luxul’s VP and general manager, Jeff Curtis, installing additional APs through the app means that the router’s wireless controller does all of the configuration and the installer simply plugs them in. The app is also designed to ensure the product is installed with appropriate security settings and the latest firmware.

We couldn’t be more excited to say that initial testing is now complete, and the app is available to all integrators on the Apple and Google Play stores.”
