L-Acoustics has promised to make a dynamic appearance at EI Live 2025, the UK’s Smart Home exhibition on September 17–18 at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre.
The specialist in premium sound technologies will spotlight its new cloud-based audio modelling platform, Soundvision Connect, alongside Xi Series loudspeakers and the newly launched LA1.16i amplified controller.
Nick Fichte, global business development lead, Home & Yacht at L-Acoustics, said: “We’re excited to be part of EI Live 2025, to showcase the Xi Series and to meet with technology integrators at the event.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with the residential AV community and share our passion for sound innovation.”
Designed to deliver exceptional clarity and power, the Xi Series offers integrators a scalable solution that blends seamlessly into any architectural setting.
Each loudspeaker in the lineup can be driven by two presets, adapting to the acoustic needs of different projects and subwoofer coupling configurations.
The X4i operates from 65Hz to 20kHz and provides an SPL of 116dB, while the X6i extends low-end performance to 54Hz and increases output to 117dB in its low frequency preset.
At the top of the range, the X8i pushes boundaries with 123dB SPL and a deep frequency response reaching down to 43Hz.
L-Acoustics will also unveil Soundvision Connect at the show, its cloud-based platform, to expand the reach of its 3D sound modelling software.
This platform connects sophisticated audio design with integrators, architects and other project stakeholders to produce technically precise systems aligned with overall project needs.

Additionally, visitors to the L-Acoustics booth can explore the LA1.16i - an ultra-compact amplified controller featuring a 16 x 16 architecture.
The L-Acoustics team will be on hand to provide insights, technical guidance and tailored recommendations for integrators looking to innovate with sound design.
