Meridian Audio lines up new HDMI controller for TV and speaker connection at ISE Barcelona

Meridian Audio will introduce a new HDMI-based control solution at ISE 2026, alongside updated architectural loudspeakers.

Designed to reduce installation time and simplify system handover, the new UHD121 HDMI Controller enables a single connection between a TV and Meridian loudspeakers.

This means TV power, source switching and volume can all be handled from the client’s existing TV remote to minimise programming and callbacks.

Similarly, Meridian’s 2026 editions of its DSP730 and DSP750 in-wall loudspeakers aim to remove complexity and delay.

Said to be its highest-performing architectural models to date, the speakers are designed to fit more easily into modern wall constructions with a 100mm mounting depth.

Meridian’s compact 218 Zone Controller and 251 Powered Zone Controller complete the lineup, supporting scalable multiroom designs.

Additionally, the company’s Design & Specification Service will be available to provide integrators with tailored system planning and finish options.
