Denon has added to its line up of Denon Home speakers with the introduction of the Denon Home Subwoofer, a wireless subwoofer ideal for use with the Denon Home Sound Bar 550 or any other wireless speakers in the range.
The new subwoofer can be plugged into a wall power socket and connected wirelessly to other speakers in the range using Wi-Fi.
The 8” woofer has been fitted to a compact enclosure that matches the elegant design of the Denon Home speakers and soundbar.
Using HEOS Built-in, the Denon Home Subwoofer can be wirelessly paired with the Denon Home Sound Bar 550 and customers can also add a pair of Denon Home wireless speakers to create a 5.1 surround sound cinema experience. The HEOS app can be used to adjust the settings for output level, low-pass filter and phase which will optimise the subwoofer for challenging room acoustics.
The Denon Home line delivers reference quality sound for music listening and home cinema set ups. Users will have access to Spotify, Amazon Music HD, Deezer, TIDAL and more, as well as files stored on their phone via Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, or Bluetooth. With network connectivity and USB port, the Denon Home family allows gapless playback of high-resolution files including 192kHz.24-bit and DSD 2.8/5.6MHz.
HEOS Built-in allows customers to enjoy music in any room and easily group other products such as AV receivers, Hi-Fi systems, soundbars, and more. Users can either play different music in each room or group all the HEOS Built-in devices together to stream the same music in Party Mode throughout the home.
The Denon Home Subwoofer is available now priced at £449 / €499.
