German technology brand, Loewe has launched two new multiroom and smart speaker lines: the klang mr series and the klang s range.
Klang mr
The new klang mr series is Loewe’s latest family of multiroom speakers, equipped with DTS Play-Fi, a premium wireless audio ecosystem, and built-in Apple AirPlay 2.
Klang mr1 is the smallest speaker in the new range, with music power of 30 watts. The speaker comes with a wall mount and compact design and is ideal to be paired with the Loewe klang bar5 as a rear speaker.
The next speaker in the klang mr range is the klang mr3 bookshelf speaker, equipped with three full range drivers, a subwoofer and two passive radiators. It delivers a balanced sound experience of 150 watts with strong bass and clear trebles.
The third and biggest speaker in the range is the klang mr5, with a total music output of 180 watts. It has three tweeter, three full range drivers, a subwoofer and two passive radiators.
All three speakers in the klang mr range can connect to a smartphone via Bluetooth allowing users to stream their favourite music.
The speaker range features a glass top panel with integrated touch functionality and an LED display, while the speaker itself is covered in a premium acoustic fibre.
The Loewe klang mr1 and mr3 are available now, priced at £299 and £549 respectively. The klang mr5 will be available later this month priced at £649.
Klang s
Available in two sizes, klang s1 and klang s3 are the latest line of smart speakers from Loewe. They feature Bluetooth for wireless streaming, as well as MP3 via USB, and internet, FM and DAB/DAB+ radio.
The klang s3 also features a CD player giving users more audio listening options. As well as this, the s3 utilises Spotify Connect and embedded streaming services from Deezer, Amazon Music and more.
The klang s series features a large display to give users an intuitive experience, plus a remote for full control. Users can also control the speakers through the Loewe Radio app, where they can also install streaming services and create playlists.
The speakers are housed in a brushed aluminium case in either a basalt or light grey finish.
The klang s1 and s3 are available now priced at £399 and £599 respectively.
