Roksan has launched the Caspian Series 4G, comprised of two models integrated with each other and built on an advanced electronics platform for high-fidelity audio.
Monitor Audio Group’s Transparent Design Philosophy underpins the series, offering intuitive user interfaces, volume control and an industrial design of extruded heatsinks, internal antennas and chamfered machined edging. The monochrome high-contrast OLED display frames the control user interface more clearly than before, featuring customisable input icons for easy source selection and a new progress indicator for display of track length.
Both products incorporate a DSP engine, accessed via the MaestroUnite app, that applies four key technologies to audio in different environments: Intelligent Tone, Intelligent Boundary, Intelligent Speaker and Intelligent Phono.
Caspian Streaming Amplifier
The Caspian Streaming Amplifier delivers via the BluOS platform, streaming 64 zones of high-resolution audio up to 24-bit, 192kHz.
Euphoria, Caspian’s intelligent class AB amplifier architecture complete with individual power supplies for the current and voltage amplifiers, is combined with an advanced pre-amplifier, phono stage and Rapture DAC technology. The phono stage facilitates accurate playback of vinyl, incorporating an input for MM cartridges while also ensuring the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) filter and equalisation is calibrated to a 0.5dB tolerance.

The Caspian Integrated Amplifier performs using Euphoria amplification architecture and advanced analogue connections, offering presentation via any source.
Rapture DAC technology improves digital to analogue signal conversion, allowing for a neat signal transfer. This current-conveyor topology offers superior gain-bandwidth characteristics essential for faithful high-resolution audio reproduction, relying on a single circuit element for gain matching.
