Global television brand, TCL has revealed two new Android TV models in the UK with built-in Freeview Play, offering improved image and sound experiences for consumers.
The EC788 and EP658 also both come with integrated Google Home and Google Assistant, giving users multiple options to control their TV, including through selected Google devices such as the Google Home Mini, Nest, Android OS mobile phones, or TCL’s Google-enabled remote controls.
The new EC78 series combines a frameless ultra slim metail design, 4K HDR pro picture quality with wide colour gamut, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Android TV smart system with Google Assistant built in.
The model also features sound by Onkyo, delivering immersive sound for movies, music and video gaming.
Offered in 55-in and 65-in models, they are available now for £549 and £749 respectively.

The slim-designed EP65 series also feature 4K HDR picture quality and Android TV smart system with built-in Google Assistant.
The 4K Ultra HD resolutions offers over eight-million pixels. The Smart HDR feature upgrades Standard Dynamic Range (SDR) content to HDR-like picture quality.
Dolby Audio provides dynamic, high-quality surround sound in the EP65 series.
Available in 43-in, 50-in, 55-in and 65-in models, they carry an RRP of £329, £379, £479, and £599 respectively.
The new Android TV models are available now, with additional QLED Android models expected to be launched in May 2020.
