DMF Lighting will use CEDIA Expo 2025 in Denver to showcase its latest digital lighting innovations, Artafex PhaseX and Artafex Linear.
The new solutions are designed to give integrators greater flexibility in delivering high-performance, human-centric lighting, while simplifying installation and expanding compatibility with existing infrastructure.
Artafex PhaseX
Artafex PhaseX is a digital lighting platform that delivers fully tunable white lighting with ultra-precise 0.1% dimming over standard two-wire Romex. At its core is the compact PhaseX Gateway, which can control up to 64 fixtures using open-standard DMX/RDM protocols.
The platform is compatible with DMF’s modular Artafex 2 and Artafex 4 downlights, as well as the newly introduced Artafex Linear with PhaseX. Integration with major control platforms is supported through DMX, with native compatibility for Crestron Home. The system is designed for both new-build and retrofit projects, offering scalability without requiring complex infrastructure.
Artafex Linear
DMF will also showcase Artafex Linear, available in TRIAC/ELV and PhaseX-compatible versions. Designed for applications such as under-cabinet, cove, millwork, and accent lighting, the minimalist half-inch profile incorporates magnetic, solder-free connections and delivers dot-free, high-CRI output.
Available in Warm Dim or PhaseX tunable white formats, Artafex Linear is engineered to precisely match the performance of DMF downlights, enabling cohesive whole-home lighting designs.
Educational focus
In addition to product demonstrations, Mike Libman, VP of sales at DMF Lighting, will join the educational panel “Timeless Meets Tunable” on Thursday, September 4 (1:30–2:30 p.m., Room 401). Moderated by Lee Travis of Wipliance, the session will examine case studies – including a Frank Lloyd Wright project – to discuss how tunable lighting can complement architectural intent without compromising design.
DMF Lighting will exhibit at Booth #C1320 during CEDIA Expo, September 3–6, 2025.
