Just Add Power to preview new AV-over-IP solutions at CEDIA Expo 2025

Just Add Power will use CEDIA Expo 2025 to preview its next wave of AV-over-IP technologies, with innovations aimed at simplifying installation, expanding control options, and unlocking new creative applications for integrators.

On booth C1309, the company will demonstrate three new solutions: the MC-USB MaxColor USB-over-IP device, the MC-QX MaxColor 4K60 Tiling and Warping Encoder, and a first look at the MC-TX1-RACK Rackmount MaxColor Encoder.

Expanded control with MC-USB

The MC-USB brings integrated KVM functionality to Just Add Power’s MaxColor Series. Designed for 4K60 UltraHD environments, it provides secure access to remote computers via keyboard, mouse, touchscreen, or webcam. With multiple USB-C and USB-A ports and support for hotkey operation across a 1GbE LAN, the device allows installers to deliver efficient, flexible control in demanding multi-system deployments.

Tiling and warping with MC-QX

The MC-QX combines MaxColor encoding with video tiling and warping in a single unit. It can display up to four 4K60 sources simultaneously on one screen in different formats, from tiled layouts to video walls. Its real-time rotation feature allows content to be warped in 0.1-degree increments and distributed across multiple decoders, enabling large-scale creative video walls in environments such as sports bars, casinos, or digital art spaces.

Rackmount encoder for easier installs

Addressing installation efficiency, the MC-TX1-RACK integrates three MaxColor 4K60 4:4:4 HDMI encoders in a single chassis. This rackmount approach reduces cable clutter, simplifies troubleshooting, and speeds up deployment of AV-over-IP systems. With ARC support, front-facing connections, and compatibility across the MaxColor ecosystem, it is designed to reduce complexity in both compact and large installations.

All three solutions will be demonstrated live throughout the show in Denver from September 3 – 6, 2025.
