Kaleidescape has announced the launch of a new service especially designed for the superyacht market.
Designed to offer the “convenient delivery of movies from major Hollywood Studios to luxury yachts in highest-fidelity audio and video,” Kaleidescape hopes to build on the 1,000 vessels already fitted with its newly developed service.
The marine movie service enables superyacht owners to custom configure their onboard movie system with the content of their choice in the highest quality available.
In total, Kaleidescape has licenced approximately 10,000 titles from major Hollywood motion picture studios specifically for marine use, and allows users to purchase this content from Kaleidescape for delivery either on a new Kaleidescape system, or on an encrypted USB hard drive for updating an existing Kaleidescape system.

Kaleidescape marine customers will be able to select from and purchase movie titles on the same dates the titles are made available to local customers in key territories throughout the world, including the US and the Caribbean, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Australia, and New Zealand.
The service will be available from Kaleidescape later this year.
