LG to debut first laser projector for home at CES 2017

LG Electronics has announced that it will introduce its latest laser projector for home cinemas at CES 2017, the LG ProBeam model HF80J.

Designed to offer owners the ability to watch films and TV programmes in a variety of environments, the portable ProBeam model HF80J offers 2,000 lumens of brightness.

The HF80J features a slim, compact-standing type design and weighs 2.1 kg in total, making it one of the lightest Full HD laser models providing 2,000 lumens.

Featuring Sound Sync Adjustment, the LG ProBeam can be paired with any Bluetooth audio product (including external speakers or headphones).

LG ProBeam’s Wireless Mirroring also incorporates Miracast to project content from smart devices onto a large projection screen. The four corner keystone and vertical auto keystone features allow consumers to find the best image setting and to quickly balance images.

Homeowners can additionally access streaming services and programmes via LG’s webOS platform.

The manufacturer’s HF80J projector will be on display at CES 2017 at booth 11100 in Central Hall from January 5 to 8 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre.
