Lutron unveiled a residential lighting ecosystem with built-in control intelligence at ISE this year.
Opening up new opportunities for luxury home integrators, the new Intelligent Lighting portfolio unifies control of natural and electric light while leveraging advanced wireless communication.
By embedding intelligence in each luminaire rather than relying on centralised control panels and dedicated control wiring, Intelligent Lighting enables faster system setup, simplified rezoning and greater installation flexibility.
The approach also reduces rack space requirements, freeing up room for other system components.
Ben Bard, vice president of luxury residential at Lutron, said: “Light shapes how we feel, how we live, and how we experience our homes.
“With Intelligent Lighting, we’re giving integrators and designers an entirely new product category to craft that experience with unprecedented precision and beauty and grow their business.”

The portfolio combines Ketra’s tunable, natural light-mimicking technology with architectural luminaires from Orluna, which Lutron acquired in 2025.
Products in the Intelligent Lighting range will begin rolling out from February 2026, with further launches planned throughout the year.
