Sony has unveiled three HDR and HDR10-compatible projectors, all equipped with Sony’s SXRD panel.
The 1,500-lumen VPL-VW260ES projector is the lowest priced of the three, and comes with 2.06 zoom and wide lens shift.
The new-look VPL-VW320ES, the VPL-VW360ES, follows the same specification, but is said to pack in 200,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.
Sony’s laser VPL-VW760ES offers a fair amount in a compact package (precisely 40% smaller than its predecessor – hence why it’s the most costly of the bunch), including 2,000 lumens of brightness.
The VPL-VW260ES and VPL-VW360ES are available now in black or white models, whereas the VPL-VW760ES will follow in November.
