Bluesound has confirmed its latest POWERNODE (N331) wireless streaming amplifier now supports Dirac Live room correction.
The update allows users to analyse their room’s acoustic properties and optimise speaker performance accordingly.
Matt Simmonds, brand manager at Bluesound, said: “Great sound isn’t just about the right amp or speakers – it’s how that gear interacts with the room.”
“By bringing Dirac Live to the POWERNODE, we’re giving listeners more tools to unlock the full potential of their Bluesound system, no matter the space.”
Dirac Live is widely recognised for correcting both frequency response and impulse response.
It is available through a paid Dirac Live software licence, used with a compatible measurement microphone like Bluesound’s Room Calibration Kit.
By addressing common challenges such as reflections, standing waves and uneven bass, it can reduce distortions introduced by the listening environment.
The integration aims to give users a level of control typically associated with high-end audio systems, regardless of room size or layout.
