Sanus has released the VLF628-B2 mount, a heavy duty full-motion mount for use with large TVs.
The VLF628, designed in tandem with the recently introduced VMF620, takes the same mounting and articulation technology and applies it to a larger size mount, making it suitable for use with TVs featuring screen sizes from 42-90-in and weighing up to 68kg.
Its full-motion operation permits swivel, tilt and extension from the wall from 82mm to 710mm.
The six-arm articulating design provides a stable environment for the Universal TV interface, which attaches to displays featuring any VESA mount. Once the screen is attached to the arms via the open landing pad, which engages with an audible click as a safety assurance, the user has finger-tip control over screen tilt from +5 to -15 degrees with the Sanus VirtualAxis system. Screen swivel of 180 degrees can be achieved, to provide optimal viewing wherever the user is seated within the room.
Aesthetically, the VLF628 features cable management within the arms, hiding them from view and its wall mounting hardware is disguised by the decorative covers. An open wall plate design enables unhindered access to the power, aerial and network connections for simplicity and ease of installation.
The VLF628-B2 will be available from January 2017 onwards.
