StormAudio expands presence at CEDIA Expo 2024

StormAudio is extending its footprint at this year’s CEDIA Expo, featuring in four dedicated sound rooms as well as its own booth (#4409).

In addition, StormAudio’s products will also be featured at numerous other booths throughout the Expo, offering attendees plenty of opportunities to experience its latest innovations in action.

Alongside partners Seymour-Screen Excellence, Ascendo Immersive Audio, Christie, Moovia and Lumagen, StormAudio will present a 13.12.10 home cinema demonstration. The SR4 demo features several new partners, a hybrid audio-over-IP system, and a larger sound room that accommodates three rows of seating.

As part of this demo, StormAudio will be showcasing its CEDIA award-winning ISP Elite 32 Digital AoIP MK3, which will be providing decoding, processing and calibration for the 13.12.10 system. The calibration will be performed in collaboration with Ascendo using manual calibration tools as well as its exclusive Dirac Live’s Active Room Treatment.

In Sound Room 7, accompanied by PMC Speakers, JL Audio, Christie, MadVR, and Seymour-Screen Excellence, the ISR Fusion 20 will be showcased. Based on StormAudio’s award-winning ISP Elite MK3 platform, the ISR Fusion 20 is a 20-channel receiver that integrates 16 channels of the latest Edge amplification technology from Danish-based ICE Power, exhibiting extremely low noise and distortion levels with 150W (8ohm) per channel, and up to 500W (8ohm) when bridged.

This unique receiver has the DSP power to decode the latest formats, including Auro-3D, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X Pro, and IMAX Enhanced, and enable post-processing to optimise any speaker to any room straight out of the box.

Including the highest precision implementation of Dirac Live Active Room Treatment for easy and accurate room calibration, the ISR Fusion 20 supports up to 20 PEQs per channel and can drive up to four-way active crossovers and any number of subwoofers.

The ISP EVO will also be demonstrated in 20 and 32ch, AoIP or AES/EBU setups in two additional active demos and multiple active setups. Other models, including PA 16 and PA 8 Ultra high-power amplifier and ISP Core processor will be visible on StormAudio’s booth.
