Swedish digital audio company Dirac has partnered with tech-driven audio specialist Klipsch on a new soundbar to deliver enhanced audio experiences at a range of price points.
A soundbar collaboration for any room
The all-new Klipsch Flexus Core 300 includes Dirac’s Live Room Correction solution, powered by patented technologies to resolve acoustic challenges that cannot be addressed by hardware alone. The software corrects both magnitude and phase in rooms to deliver balanced sound, tighter bass, improved staging and enhanced clarity.
High-fidelity audio reproduction
The soundbar delivers the 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos experience from one box with four 2.25” front-firing drivers, four 4” high-output woofers and one 0.75” horn-loaded tweeter for front surround and centre speaker channels. It also features two 2.25” up-firing discreet full-range drivers for rear surround channel sound to support Airplay 2, Spotify and Chromecast Streaming services.
Premium sound ‘for the many’
Dirac aims to increase access to premium audio across music, movies, TV, gaming and podcasts in different listening spaces. Fredric Tapper, vice president of Home and Pro Audio at Dirac, said: “Premium audio is for the many, not just the few, and our debut into the soundbar market underscores our commitment to democratising high-fidelity audio across listening spaces and product categories."
