K-array has confirmed it will launch two new products for residential applications at this year’s InfoComm in the US, both designed around architectural audio challenges.
The Keystone KST110 ultra-slim architectural subwoofer addresses premium spaces where conventional subwoofers are too deep, visible or invasive.
Meanwhile, the Dragon KX2 ultra-compact point source loudspeaker leverages an enclosure small enough to disappear into multiple interiors.
Lorenzo De Poi, brand manager at K-array, said: “The question is always the same – how do you deliver the audio performance the space deserves without compromising the space itself?
“These products are our answer to that question, and InfoComm provides the perfect opportunity to show the industry what that looks like in practice."
InfoComm is the pro-AV industry’s annual trade show and conference, where many of the latest technologies on display eventually filter into the residential smart home and AV market.
As part of an expanded lineup, K-array will present its two speakers alongside the Koral KO102 column loudspeaker, Thunder KSCARDIO412P cardioid subwoofer and other portfolio highlights.
The KST110 addresses low-frequency performance in limiting environments through a moving magnet motor architecture, based on Powersoft's recently launched patented MM-Force technology; this cancels the structural effect of its moving masses, eliminating vibration transfer into the cabinet.
Designed largely for luxury residential with optional marine-grade resistance, the all-aluminium sub offers frequency extension down to 40 Hz and integrates flush to a wall or within it.
Moving to the Dragon KX2, this loudspeaker is the most compact in its family and features IP65 weather resistance to support applications including premium hospitality venues.

Rusty Waite, president of K-array USA, added the launches are positioned at the show to provide integrators with a first listen and inform their specification decisions.
