Optoma has introduced a flagship RGB triple-laser projector designed for “uncompromising” cinematic performance in modern homes.
Offering support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and IMAX Enhanced, the UHZ78LV targets integrators specifying large-scale projection for media rooms or modern living spaces.
The UHZ78LV houses Optoma’s DuraCore Multicolour RGB triple-laser light source, delivering up to 96% BT.2020 and 98% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage.
Additionally, a dynamic ratio of 4,500,000:1 and 5,000 lumens of brightness come together for cinematic impact.
The projector can produce images ranging from 80 up to 300-inches, even in moderately lit environments. Its PureEngine Ultra image processing enhances motion, contrast and colour fidelity on a frame-by-frame basis, while FILMMAKER MODE and ISF calibration options preserve artistic intent.
Installation features such as motorised 1.6x zoom, horizontal and vertical lens shift, four-corner correction and 360-degree projection make it highly adaptable.
Low input lag, HDMI 2.1 connectivity and eARC/Dolby Atmos passthrough further support modern AV integration.
