D-Tools hosts inaugural user conference focused on AV business growth

D-Tools recently brought together integrators from around the world for its dedicated user conference.

Held from February 23-25 at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown, the inaugural D-Tools User Conference attracted nearly 150 attendees including business owners, project managers, sales professionals and operations specialists from across the systems integration sector.

Operating under the theme “Share What Works, Build What’s Next”, the three-day event combined business strategy sessions with product discussions focused on the company’s D-Tools System Integrator and D-Tools Cloud platforms.

The conference opened with a keynote from outgoing CEO Randy Stearns alongside newly appointed CEO G. Paul Hess, who outlined the company’s roadmap and broader industry trends including artificial intelligence and the evolving economic outlook.

Industry experts also delivered sessions on operational improvement, labour profitability and marketing strategy.

Meanwhile, roundtable discussions encouraged collaboration around challenges in project workflows, vehicle policies, invoicing processes and managing change orders.

Sponsors including Sonos and Sony also participated, creating additional networking opportunities for the integration community.
