ISE 2026 breaks records as increasingly global AV integration hub

ISE 2026 has combined record-breaking numbers once more with a clear sense of direction for the AV and systems integration industry.

The event welcomed 92,170 visitors, up 8% year on year, with 1,751 exhibitors filling a record 101,000sqm show floor.

Total registrations reached 120,914 and generated more than 212,000 visits across the week, with VIPs and government officials including representation from Latin American countries.

Mike Blackman, managing director of Integrated Systems Events, said: “As ISE 2026 comes to a close, I’m truly inspired by the passion and strength of our community.”

Beyond the numbers, this year’s show highlighted an increased focus on technology integration in real-world spaces; aesthetically beautiful products, experiential systems and long-term design were prominent themes, particularly in residential applications where architecture and technology are becoming inseparable.

This year marked several major firsts: Spark debuted as a new creative industries platform uniting broadcast, live events, design, gaming and marketing professionals.

ISE also announced the launch of the ISE Foundation, backed by AVIXA and CEDIA, aimed at empowering the global integration community under the tagline ‘Powering On, Together’.

Keynote sessions drew full-capacity audiences, with Sol Rashidi offering a candid assessment of AI adoption and leadership at scale.

ISE will return to Fira de Barcelona Gran Via from February 2-5, 2027.
