Epson unveils six new home cinema projectors

Epson has introduced six new projectors, designed for home cinema, sports and gamers looking for an immersive big screen experience.

The first of the six new projectors are the EpiqVision Ultra EH-LS800B and EH-LS800W projectors, Epson’s first super-ultra-short-throw models providing even closer positioning to the wall. Available in both black and white, the projectors offer high brightness, high image quality and versatility by leveraging Epson’s laser light source technology. Its close-to-the-wall positioning and 4K PRO-UHD2 resolution gives a crisp and sharp image and are easy to use and set up.

The super-ultra-short-throw projectors are an ideal replacement to a traditional TV, able to fit comfortably in even the smallest of living rooms and delivering flexible image sizes from 80” to 150” starting from just 2.3cm3 from the wall.

Ideal for TV shows, films and sports viewing, the projectors also come with a new dedicated gaming port providing an under 20ms input lag rate. Built-in Android TV delivers streaming, casting and smart controls combined with powerful sound by Yamaha speakers delivering a full audio experience, eliminating the need for additional external speakers.

The EH-LS800B and EH-LS800W projectors will be available from October with an RRP of £3,299.99.

Also joining the projector portfolio are the new EH-TW6150 and the EH-TW6250 entry level 4K PRO-UHD projectors. They both feature a sleek new curved design and are affordably priced, allowing users to enjoy movies, sporting events and gaming anywhere in the home with flexible placement via the vertical lens shift. These projectors are ideal for film fanatics and gamers looking for resolution of up to 4K PRO-UHD picture quality.

EH-TW6150

For gaming, both projectors have under 20ms input lag rate for a fast and responsive gaming experience. The EH-TW6250 also comes with built-in Android TV for seamless streaming.

Both available now, the EH-TW6150 projector is priced at £1,099.99 and the EH-TW6250 has an RRP of £1,149.99

The final projectors being added to the new line up are the CO-FH02 and CO-W01 multi-purpose entry level projectors which for a new ‘cross over’ range, ideal for the new flexible home working trend developed by the pandemic. Both have a compact design making them easier to carry between rooms and are ideal for home, office and education environments.

They each have a simple, clean new design enabling them to fit into any surrounding without compromising on big immersive screen sizes. The CO-W01 is a WXGA resolution, while the CO-FH02 is full HD and also comes with built-in Android TV to allow streaming of the latest films, TV shows and other content straight to the projector.

The CO-FH02 and CO-W01 are both available now and priced at £679.99 and £449.99 respectively.
